Kanban Leadership Retreat

Invitation-only retreat is now open to the public

Please join us for an exclusive event to talk about the hottest topics in Kanban training, coaching, and practice, with some of the brightest minds in the field.

The Kanban Leadership Retreat is the place where change agents, coaches, consultants, and managers have an opportunity to share experiences with kanban in-depth in a relaxed environment.

The Kanban Leadership Retreat is a 3-night, 2 full day unconference with a 3 room format allowing separate conversations in parallel in a beautiful oceanfront venue.

Your hotel room and most meals are included. This is a great opportunity to bring your family along. See all registration packages for details.

Register today as space is limited. Or RSVP and let us know that you plan to attend and will register soon.

See you in Monterey!

The Kanban Leadership Retreat is operated in a Consultant Camp format. This is a style of "unconference" designed for residential retreats. The sessions are planned on site and run by the attendees.
