Please join us for an event that will bring the most experienced leaders in the Kanban community together.

The Kanban Leadership Retreat is the place where change agents, coaches, consultants, and managers have an opportunity to come together and share experiences with kanban in-depth.

The Kanban Leadership Retreat is a 3-night, 2 full day unconference with a 3 room format allowing separate conversations in parallel in an exclusive and intimate venue. We will book a room block at the venue and arrange for meeting facilities and catering.

Sessions are held in the morning and early evening, allowing attendees to have the afternoon free to explore Monterey and Carmel, relax at the beach or in their rooms or to continue interactions with other attendees.

Local Recreation

 *This all-inclusive package includes 3 nights hotel room with electric golf cart, conference facilities, meals (breakfast and dinner for 2 days) plus a welcome dinner reception/cocktail party, and morning breaks. You will need to cover your own air travel, ground transportation**, lunch each day, and incidentals.  For an additional charge, you may add a spouse or companion to share a room and eat breakfast and dinner every day (including the welcome dinner reception) at the event.
